At our Eastwood  Adelaide studios, you have the flexibility to use your own equipment if you prefer. 

However, we also provide a comprehensive range of recording equipment within our studio. We utilize the latest professional Australian-made Rode recording equipment to ensure a high-quality, pristine sound for your recordings.

If you plan to use your own equipment exclusively, you can simply book studio hire.

If you'd like to take advantage of our equipment along with studio space, you can book both studio hire and recording services for your convenience.

You have two distinct podcast recording setups to choose from:

1. Podcast Desk: This option provides a dedicated podcasting desk that comfortably accommodates up to four individuals, with the flexibility to include an additional two participants if required.

2. Lounge Chairs and Couches: Alternatively, you can opt for a relaxed atmosphere by recording on our comfortable lounge chairs and couches, accommodating up to four individuals simultaneously.

At Podcast City we want to make you and your guest feel as comfortable as possible, that’s why we give you 15 minutes bump in time so that you and your guests can prepare before you record, and so you don’t have to rush and this is provided at no additional cost, there is always a sound engineer on hand to record your audio or video on our equipment.

We offer everyone who uses our studio complimentary hot and cold beverages and the use of our TV monitors with Apple TV and Chromecast.

And you don’t need to worry about keeping time we have a large clock on our display screen so you know exactly how long you have recorded for and how much studio time you'll have left.

We offer complimentary photos with our iPhones during your recording so that you can use them on social media websites or wherever you wish to use them.

Our studio is available 24 hours a day seven days a week and booking can be made online or by calling us.

• 1-6 Podcasters in our podcasting studio or 4 people in our video and live-streaming studio.

• Add remote guests via telephone, recording software or video link. 

• Sound engineer to look after your recording needs. 

• 15 minutes of bumpin' time before your start time.

• Copy of your raw audio or video at the end of your recording by WeTransfer or USB 

• A complimentary hot drink or soft drink for you and your guests.

• Free Internet access.

• Use of our large TV screen with Chromecast or Apple TV. 

• Studio available 24/7 open weekdays, weekends, public holidays* and after hours. 

• Files stored for 12 months on our secure cloud-based storage facility. Studio and

• All studio reservations for recording sessions must be booked online or over the phone one day in advance. no email bookings
• For urgent bookings please call us on 08 8121 4448
• All studio bookings must be paid before the use of the studio
• Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your booked session in order to allow for complete set-up as the clock starts at the time you are scheduled, not when you show up
• If you go over your studio time, you will be charged in 30-minute increments.
• No-shows result in the loss of booked studio time and no refunds will be given, you can reschedule a booking online before your recording time

Podcast City is committed to providing exceptional service to our clients while ensuring fairness and efficiency in scheduling. To address various circumstances that may require changes or cancellations, we have established a new cancellation policy. We kindly request that you review and acknowledge this policy before making any future bookings.

1. Notification of Changes or Cancellation:

To facilitate rescheduling and ensure smooth operations, we kindly ask that you notify Podcast City at least 24 hours in advance if you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment or need to make changes. You can reach out to us through phone, email, or any other communication channel provided by Podcast City.

2. Cancellation Fees:

a) Cancellation within 24 hours: If you cancel your appointment within 24 hours of the scheduled booking, a cancellation fee of 25% of the total booking amount will be charged.

b) Cancellation within 12 hours: If you cancel your appointment within 12 hours of the scheduled booking, a cancellation fee of 50% of the total booking amount will be charged.

c) No-show: Failure to provide prior notice within one hour of the appointment time or not showing up for your appointment will result in the forfeiture of your appointment, and you will be required to pay 100% of the booking amount as a cancellation fee.

3. Purpose of Cancellation Fees:

The outlined cancellation fees serve to compensate Podcast City for the time and resources allocated specifically for your appointment. By reserving a dedicated time slot, we allocate our team's expertise, equipment, and other resources to ensure a seamless experience for all clients. Additionally, these fees ensure fairness by allowing other clients the opportunity to book available time slots.

4. Timely Communication:

We strongly recommend promptly communicating any changes or cancellations to avoid incurring cancellation fees. Timely notification not only allows us to accommodate your needs if possible but also enables us to offer the reserved time slot to other clients who may require it.
